Success is inexorably linked to pain
Success is not achieved without pain and sacrifice, because it is in suffering that we find the courage and determination needed to win

You keep believing that there are facilities in the process. Yeah, success is a steep and bumpy path, maybe even that's why few people achieve it. Because up there, at the top, the plateau is narrow and was not made for those who settle down.
Just like the journey to the destination you want will be a lot of pain, some suffering, and days when the only idea is to go back to the warm bed or mom's lap. As we spoke about in yesterday's text, don't rely on exceptions, but follow the rules. And what makes those people successful today, different from us, is simply persistence, congruence and not giving up on the first obstacle they encountered on the way.

Loneliness is part of success
You already start to feel the taste of loneliness from the moment you propose to change, to seek your mission, or to the extraordinary life you've always dreamed of. Maybe it's just another test placed on your journey to see if you really can handle loneliness. Some reasons that support the above:
Focus;
Responsibility;
Success is competition;
Tough decisions.
“Together we are stronger”, is an advertisement for a cooperative bank here in Brazil. Just like, we're already bald to know that people need people, that you can't grow alone. Or not as much as we could with the help of a team, or a coach, for example.
However, for a process of change to be well done, in addition to changing habits, a lot of self-knowledge is also needed. It is at this moment that the pain enters with both feet in the chest because you will be 100% vulnerable. As well as you will have a vision of lost opportunities. And this process has only one way to be carried out: you with yourself.
It's worth noting, too: the road to success is often a lonely one because it requires you to focus on your own goals rather than worrying about what others are doing or what people expect of you.
The desired plateau requires dedication, commitment, and a single focus. For these reasons, it is important to always keep in mind that you will be responsible for your actions and results. Also, you need to work hard to achieve your goals.
From everything we talked about above if the people around you are not committed or fully supporting you, they will not have the same understanding and vision as you. That is, if you haven't already walked away, they will. But good news: many special people will appear on your new journey, I guarantee it.

Focus
Being what you really want for your life, your focus will be entirely on that: you will wake up, eat, exercise, and sleep with your dreams and goals in mind. Even because you are not looking for facilities.
“Ease is a lazy excuse for not doing what needs to be done.”
In other words, little grasshopper, you'll have some hard work to do and transform your epic journey. Which will mean sacrificing time with friends and family to focus on your activities.
Responsibility
The desires, goals, and objectives are yours. Therefore, the responsibility is 100% yours and no one else's. Decisions must be made by you, as well as glory or failure is too.
Remember that the path to success is not linear. On the contrary, from point “a” to point “b” the road is more like an electrocardiogram, with many ups and downs, with challenges and difficulties that will arise along the way. And not all of them are planned or can be anticipated, on the day you decided to do it.
Success is competition
In case you grew up hearing that what matters is competing, remember that this is valid until page two. The market doesn't always think that way. Also, unless you're totally off the curve, competition will be a constant in your life and you need to be the best at what you do.
From childhood to adulthood. But one thing is also true:
“Better the imperfect done than the perfect not done.”
You won't always have the conditions to do everything impeccably as you want or plan, so you launch yourself anyway, and during the flight, you adjust the route. That doesn't mean you won't have to work or try harder to stand out.
Finally, while there may be peers and mentors to help you along the way, the journey to success often involves a strong dose of competition. Therefore, be prepared.
Tough decisions
Once again it is important to register: these are your dreams, your goals, and your objectives. Therefore, to achieve success in any area, including personal one as well, keep in mind that this requires making difficult decisions and that you are not immune to the pain of the process. Also, many of your decisions will affect other people.
Also, what your goals were at 25 may not be at 40, and that's okay. However, this new direction that you plan requires the deliberation of a 180º turnaround, a new beginning, and even leaving a stable job, for example. Although, what Flávio Augusto would say: “Stability does not exist!”
It is concluded that
By all the items described above, you must have already understood why success is inexorably linked to pain. As well as several factors that could change your life forever. And when we talk about change, we also talk about modifying habits.
Not everyone around you will accept these changes and your hyperfocus on your goals. You will be branded arrogant, they will pat you on the back and say that you are now wanting to become an influencer, coach, blogger, and a bunch of other adjectives.
However, there is truth in all of this: “those who are the first to criticize their decisions are the first to applaud their results and success. So, are you going to be worried about others or are you going to make it happen to reach your goals and goals?

I think it’s true that some friends won’t understand your personal goals or need for time alone to accomplish them. However, it is also important to find a group of like-minded supporters to help encourage you. That’s why I joined a writers group at my local library.
